Girls

Lauren and Sarah came to visit and I went in to a marina to pick them up as there was a tropical storm blowing over.  We took a walk up to the top of a light house at the marina

Then went sailing to check out some hongs

A friend took our picture and sent it to me

 Lauren paddling into the unknown

The cave will open into a large open area, a hong

 Lauren and Sarah inside the hong.  Its pretty cool with steep walls going up all

around you and only way in or out is the cave.  And the cave is only passable at 

certain states of tide

 At "James Bond Island". This is where they filmed The Man With the Golden Gun

We watched the movie that night and the island does have a big role
