Hoonah

After Glacier Bay stopped off at the cute village of Hoonah

Got some fresh veggies and had a nice take out halibut meal

heading south down the inside passage after Hoonah

we were treated to a breaching whale

The wind got strong in the wrong direction so we just

pulled into a protected cove to try some fishing

We then went hot to Warm Springs Bay where we got a good deal on 

some dungeness crabs.  I soon found out why they were eager to get rid of them

I wasn't holding one of them quite right and it tore my left hand long finger nail half off

I'll get even with him tonight!

We then took  a hike up the mountain side to a pretty lake

then had a nice soak in the natural hot springs nearby

the water was pretty hot but did not bother Noelle any
