We wanted to go to Anan Bay where we read you can watch bears catch salmon
It is a popular site to go to so they limit the number of people that can go
We definitely picked the right time to cruise Alaska. When we got there we
were the only people there. One family showed up as we were leaving
We got some good video of the bears feeding. Was too long to post within
the blog but Noelle (who is in charge of IT) uploaded it to YouTube.
A lot of bald eagles were in the area. I suppose to eat the remains of
salmon left by the bears. Below is a juvenile (2 y old we think) bald eagle
Not old enough to go bald yet!

As we were getting ready to leave a mom and cub walked up to the deck we were on
The family that arrived had a you kid that was leaning over the rail to get a
picture with his camera. Park ranger had to pull him back
I think the mom was about to tell the cub that the little ones are the most tender!
