First couple days we were sailing into the wind. The forward cabin was a little bouncy
Mike caught me taking a nap on the settee
Later on we rigged for downwind sailing most of the way.
Going up forward to pole out the Genoa is dangerous work
So I sent Mike up to do it
Couldn't catch any fish at first so had to settle for some wild caught huge shrimp
I bought off a fisherman in Mexico sautéed is garlic and butter
Had 25 knot winds and 8-12 foot seas part of the way
below is a video clip after it settled down a bit
Finally got a nice little Mahi-mahi
Wasn't big but at least 2-3 meals
Just got to sail under the rainbow to make it to Hilo
After 19 days and 2300 miles we made it to Hilo
