Did a little day sail from Kodiak to the next island over, Afognak, it almost touches Kodiak.
Anchored in a bay that had a salmon hatchery and they gave us a nice tour
Also saw our first Kodiak bear!
During a hike ashore we found bear poo next to all that
was left of the last hiker!
Afognak Island also blessed us with our first halibut
This halibut was a little smaller than last years but still gave us
25 pounds of filets!
While the weather is looking good going to cross over to the Kenai Peninsula on
mainland Alsaska
