As you head toward Canada the eastern parts of Maine is called "Down East"
Its Down wind usually at this time of the year and its East
We anchored at Mistake Island
a wonderful place, no mistake!
Hiked to a scenic lighthouse.
The island had a nice boardwalk to hike on
with raspberry and blueberry growing along the way
and our route in to our anchorage was down this
straight at the right of the photo
Was narrow and filled with lobster pots
