Cobscook Bay, Maine

By boat you have to go through Canadian waters to get there
but in extreme eastern Maine is Cobscook Bay

We anchored in a place called Federal Harbor for some hiking.

Then through some narrow channels to Straight Bay
You have to pay close attention to the tides in this area as the currents can be fierce
Did some drone flying

Went ashore for a hike
Landed about what we thought was an hour before low tide
When we come back tide should be the same or a little higher

Even the best laid plans don't always work out
Dinghy sitting in the mud when we got back
So we hiked another 1/2 hour and all was well

Catching the outgoing tide we left Maine
Rounded the light house at the tip of a Canadian island
then anchored back in down east Maine
