Singapore

We left Illimite' securely tied up in Puteri marina in Malaysia and took a

car over the bridge to Singapore.  First item of business was to head to Raffles Hotel 

where the Singapore Sling was invented in the 1950's and have the best 

Singapore Sling ever with some New Zealand friends we met

Then off to the hawker stalls for some food

Duck anyone?

Had a nice plate of "carrot cake"

Not sure how it got that name as it has no carrots and definitely

is not cake.  Just weird noodles

This is the rooftop pool at a hotel we went to to have a 

beer and take in the view.  This place and the hawker stalls for

eating were all featured in the movie Crazy Rich Asians which 

I haven't seen but Noelle had

Then off to the airport to fly back to the USA for Sarah's KU graduation

My first time back in almost 1 1/2 years

But we do need to charge our phones first!
