Monterey

 We bid farewell to San Francisco and sailed back out under the bridge

Caryn had gone to a farmers  market and we got to sample some 

of California produce

Heirloom Tomato's, Mozzarella and Avocado

We made a stop in Half Moon Bay and visited some 

friends whose hospitality was extraordinary !!

Then an overnight sail to Monterey Bay

The marina was full but since I am a shallow draft boat 

they were able to put me with the little boats where I took up two spaces

This docking space allowed me to play with an Impressionist view of Illimite'

(actually just Illimite's reflection)

While in Monterey we got to do some fabulous hiking

especially enjoyed the Point Lobos Park
